    InfoGraph support services are designed to meet the needs of our diverse user community and to assist customers in successfully achieving their GIS goals.

Support Overview
 
InfoGraph's Technical Support services are available to customers who purchase ESRI software. Technical support services are provided for free to the customers who are in the first year of the software purchase date. Customers also can engage with us a yearly maintenance contracts for ESRI software.
 
Technical support services include the following:
  • Provision and installation of software revision and upgrades whenever issued by the manufacturing company.
  • Upon request on-site visits and technical support, and follow-up on the performance of the concerned software.
  • Telephone technical support and consultation.
  • Technical support from ESRI, the manufacturing company of ArcGIS products.
     
InfoGraph's Technical Support Team is dedicated to providing timely, expert assistance to all customers. Our support analysts are able to provide advice related to the installation or operation of our GIS products that will enable the customer to swiftly overcome most problems and therefore minimize downtime.
